Every box type that matters.
Sealed, vented, passive radiator, 4th-order bandpass — and proper one-dimensional transmission lines with taper, per-segment stuffing and offset drivers. Not a lumped approximation: a real transfer-matrix line model, the kind of thing that usually needs a second program.
All the curves, live.
SPL, impedance, cone excursion, port air velocity and group delay update while you drag a value. Compare variants side by side, see cone and port contributions separately, and get warned when the port will chuff or the cone runs out of Xmax.
Physics you can check.
The response is computed from the electro-mechanical network, not from textbook alignment tables — losses, semi-inductance and radiation loading included. The solver is validated against closed-form alignments to a fraction of a percent.
DSP built in.
Put a subsonic filter, EQ or a Linkwitz transform in front of the simulation and watch what it really costs: excursion and headroom follow automatically. When it sounds right, export the chain as biquad coefficients — text, C header or JSON — with prewarped, stability-checked values that match what you simulated.
Closes the loop with measurement.
Import FRD/ZMA curves or .ameas bundles from SweepLab and ampMeasure, overlay measured against simulated, and fit box losses or stuffing density from a measured impedance sweep. Simulate, build, measure, refine — then trust the model for the variants you never built.
A Mac app, not a port.
Documents, autosave, dark mode, drag-anywhere live parameters. Projects are plain JSON packages that diff cleanly in version control. Exports FRD, ZMA, CSV and publication-ready chart PNGs.
